Harper alumnus awarded Farmers Club Cup

Ian Howie, Harper Adams alumnus, was recently recognised by The Institute of Agricultural Management.  He was awarded with the Farmers Club Cup, the reputed award given to those who have made a significant impact in the agricultural industry.  Ian has continued from his time at Harper Adams to make a difference to agriculture while returning to campus to reconnect with his fellow alumni on a regular basis.

The Institute of Agricultural Management is a registered charity that works alongside businesses within the agricultural sector to promote high standards, offer training and help members gain continuous professional qualifications.  Aled Thomas, winner of the British Farming Awards Agricultural Student of the Year title, is also a member, collaborating with the charity to further the learning he garnered at university.  You can read more about Aled’s win here.
